Single-cell RNA-Seq of human hepatocyte-derived liver progenitor-like cells
Updated July 19, 2022The authors describe a protocol for efficient conversion of human primary hepatocytes into liver progenitor-like cells (HepLPCs) through delivery of developmentally relevant cues. 10X Genomics Single Cell Gene Expression was performed to comprehensively characterize cell subpopulations within the human hepatocyte-derived liver progenitor-like cells (HepLPCs). Human hepatocyte-derived liver progenitor-like cells (HepLPCs) were derived from one donor and cultured in transition and expansion medium until passage 5.
